Acclimated Air is a full service heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractor licensed with the State of Virginia. Our licensed services we perform include HVAC, refrigeration, and gas fitting. The owners, Jason Key and James Talbert, have a combined 53 years experience in the construction and HVAC industry. Jason Key was born and raised in the construction industry, having completed commercial projects up to 25,000 square feet as well as tenant build-outs and retail space. James Talbert started his career in the refrigeration industry servicing and installing large grocery stores and industrial systems. His experience expanded to unconventional projects, which included gun range ventilation, parachute drying lofts, geothermal systems, V.R.F. (Variable Refrigerant Flow), chillers, and steam heating. He is factory trained for numerous systems varying from comfort cooling and heating to refrigeration and exhaust.
